Yes, I only become troubled when a previous set turns out exactly how I want it, and of very good quality - and the next time I can't seem to make it happen again :s

Oh have that all the time - but the more you try, the more often you can reproduce it. Work with her, push both of your limits and dont be afraid to experiment. Dont be discouraged. You'll get there.
